Ann McNeill is a trailblazing leader in the construction industry, founding the National Association of Black Women in Construction (NABWIC) to champion diversity and inclusion. As President and CEO of MCO Construction, Florida’s first African American female-owned construction company, and the International Mastermind Association, she empowers others to achieve work/life balance through goal-setting. A respected speaker and media personality, Ann has been featured in Success Magazine, USA Today, and Black Enterprise, and honored by AT&T and the U.S. Department of Commerce. In addition to her remarkable career, Ann is a loving mother and grandmother. She met her college sweetheart 35 years ago, and together they have two daughters and a grandson, each of whom continues to follow her legacy of achievement.

Sandra Pabon embodies the American Dream, arriving from Colombia in 1999 despite not speaking a word of English but with an unshakable determination to succeed. Starting at Itasca Construction in 2000 making photocopies, her resilience and ambition set her apart as she took on administrative roles, assisted project managers, and pursued a Construction Management degree. Rising quickly, she became a Project Manager and, in 2020, achieved a remarkable milestone—Vice President and Owner of Itasca Construction. About Our Founder - Ariela Wagner, MBA

Ariela's mantra is: “The impossible just takes longer.”

Ariela’s passion for business started early—at six, she sold chocolates to classmates. By 26, she founded a construction software company that now secures $10 billion in receivables annually. Today, her company is one of the largest in the industry, serving top national suppliers.

Named a “Top 40 Under 40” entrepreneur by the South Florida Business Journal, Ariela is a respected speaker and industry leader. She believes in lifelong learning, growth, and helping others succeed.

Outside of business, she’s a black belt in karate, teaching kids self-defense, and a skilled golfer who enjoys industry scrambles.
