Preliminary Notice

A Preliminary Notice has to be filed online with the State Construction Registry (SCR) by the general contractor within 20 days of first furnishing of labor and/or materials to the Utah residential project. If the notice is sent late, it will only cover the work that takes place 5 days after the date of the notice.
